[ARCHVIED] [PH] Sim doesn't disobey grounding, and get autonomously scolded

This bug occurred in my game today after one of my sims grounded her teen with 'no phone'. The adults keep reprimanding the teen for breaking the grounding rules even though they didn't use their phone. So annoying because if I try to get the teen away from the adults to another part of the room, the reprimanding interaction keeps queuing up and cancelling out 'walk here'. It was the first time I've used that interaction so I don't know how long the bug's been around for but seems like it's been a while judging from this thread. Never used mods or CC in my game.
