[PH] Child/teen doesn't disobey grounding, and still gets autonomously scolded

I'm pretty sure this is a feature from parenthood. Anyway, I ground my kids and one second later they get reprimanded for breaking the rule, even though they didn't do anything. For example my child wasn't allowed out of the house, my sim said that, and one second later he got reprimanded EVEN THOUGH he was standing inside of the bathroom and there's a wall and a floor and a roof. It was their home. Oh and the worst part? They don't listen. They don't do anything with the punishments.
