[BY DESIGN] No 'Wake up' interaction on sleeping/napping sims

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.45.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansions/game/stuff packs except for bowling stuff, kid room stuff and toddler stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When a put a sim to sleep and need to wake them up im unable to select them, the option for 'wake up' is non existent, but when the command is manually closed out (i click on it to cncl it) the sim becomes selectable again
What happens when the bug occurs? A sim will go to sleep and become unselectable unless the /sleep/ command in the queue is closed out manually
What do you expect to see? the sim icon over the sim, to have them selectable
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I noticed the issue right after the patch that came out on the 31st of july i think it was

I don't think it was ever different. Don't think it's a bug. It's just not something you can do. You need another Sim to wake you up and if you don't have that, cancel the queue.
