Can't purchase medicine or books
There is no option to purchase medicine or food anywhere! Please help 😊

Are you using mods in your game ? If so, please remove them

If the person does not have mods, this could be related to the bug I posted here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/Cant-put-food-in-fridge/m-p/4665489#M14783
The person could delete the computer/bookcase and replace it with another then the options should appear.
