What happens when the bug occurs? Brushing a Sim's teeth should give the Sim confidence. It doesn't not. At least, no moodlet appears to show it's working.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the appropriate Confidence moodlet and effect of brushing a Sim's teeth.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Pretty self explanatory. I keep brushing my Sim child's teeth to make him confident for practicing Charisma skill and nothing. It just doesn't work anymore.
