[CL] [ECO] Can not complain/stop neighbors noise in apartments

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? So far always/every time
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? most except most kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have neighbors be noisy in an apartment
What happens when the bug occurs? i do not get an option to knock/complain only to "switch to household" soon as its over other door options show up but during the noise event only "Switch to household"
What do you expect to see? to be able to knock and complain nice or angrily and stop the noise
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? i have no CC in my game 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. right after updating to the 2nd released patch for "For Rent" on Dec 5th

    Same here, I have to add, the neighbors' party never end, the angry mood related to this event fades after some time as usual, but the noise and sfx remain and more importantly, sims can't sleep because is too noisy.

    EDIT: I just noticed in the wohoo event the option to complain is still there and the angry mood and sleep/nap options return to normal after some time as usual, so it's only the late party event that is bugged.

    I have MCCC and some CCs as well, gotta try with mods disabled as soon as I get the event again.

    correct the folder is completely empty i havent used mods in a few yrs because it irritated me i had to update at every single patch.

    I'm having this same issue still. I do not own For Rent. I do have buy mode cc. All script mods disabled.
