[CL] [ECO] Visual issue- no weekly rent for San Myshuno and Evergreen Harbor

How often does the bug occur? Just noticed
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Get to Work, High School Years, Werewolves, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Batuu, Strangerville, Crystal Creations, Spooky Stuff, and a handful of kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move sim(s) into apartments located in either San Myshuno or Evergreen Harbor. Click mailbox to see weekly rent at zero.
What happens when the bug occurs? After reading a response I tried several apartments and it appears to be a visual bug except for 17 Culpepper House (Spice Market, San Myshuno), where rent is still zero so sim only pays for water and power.
What do you expect to see? Pinpointing the exact cause of the issue so other aspects of the game aren't affected.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? MCCC, WW, and a handful of mods by LittleMsSams (all are up to date)
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure
Moved a sim to San Myshuno and noticed that there isn't any rent due for the apartment, 17 Culpepper House, even though the info for the apartment from the manage worlds screen shows the weekly amount 400 simoleons. This is the same for all the apartments in San Myshuno - Jasmine Suites, Chic Street, Alto Apartments, Hakim House - and even for the apartments in Evergreen Harbor.
I tried to search to see if anyone else is having this issue, but the only apartment posts I'm seeing have to do with For Rent residential rentals.
