Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select a basketball hoop when it's raining
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim goes to the hoop but gets stuck in a loop of lowering their umbrella and raising it up again.
What do you expect to see? I expect Sims to be able to play basketball during the rain
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When it's raining and I select a basketball hoop to play basketball, the Sim gets stuck in a loop of putting away their umbrella en getting it out again. I don't know if this is by design, but I feel like you should have the chance to play basketball when it's raining.
