For one of the bucket list challenges, My sim wants to look cool while playing basketball. I didn't have space for a court so I had them go to San Myshuno to challenge someone in a dunk contest. It's raining, when my sim goes to challenge someone all they do is walk back and forth with "Wait to Dunk" on the queue. This goes on forever and they don't actually get to dunk. Could it be because it is raining? Either way, it won't let them play.
