Delivery sim vanished the groceries because she hated the decor

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except the latest paid content starting from MWS.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim order a delivery. If the delivery sim hates the decor around your door, they will express disgust and the grocery bag will vanish even after accepting the delivery.
What happens when the bug occurs? The grocery bag disappears permanently and you don't get the groceries you paid for.
What do you expect to see? The delivery sim's expression of disgust at disliked decor not making the groceries disappear.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I just had this happen in my current save, and I've checked all over for the bag and it's just gone after the delivery sim, an elder woman, hated my sim's outdoor light above the front door. I'm pretty sure this thing won't happen all that often, and the same sim has delivered to my sim before with no issues, just this time she hated the light so much she vanished my groceries, I guess. The light isn't new, and I haven't made any changes to the house since the last time that sim delivered groceries. Only other thing of note is that I keep my doors locked to keep out wandering sims from inviting themselves over and not leaving, since that bug still hasn't been fixed.
Please just fix the decor like/dislike stuff, all these annoying bugs related to it are just so frustrating.
