[DU] Unable to get into building for Graduation ceremony (Multiple Graduates)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all packs except for Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle,Paranormal and all kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The graduation command cancels automatically, and the sim keeps waving his hand that he cannot do that when I click 'greaduate' on the building
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim keeps waving his hand and stands in Graduation robe outside of the building
What do you expect to see? I want to see the sim automatically goes into the building for graduation ceremony
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Hi, actually, I had been in the challenge for having 13 distinguished degree with 4 sims a month before. I had the same sign with those sims. Not all the sims had this issue but 2 sims of them had. Also I got tired of attending the graduation ceremony every time they graduate the university. After getting their graduation photo, my sims didn't attend the graduation ceremony until getting their last distinguished degree.
After that, 2 of them married and have 2 sons and 2 daughters. The 2 sons are attending the graduation ceremony for the first time today. One already got into the building but the other son's attend graduation command is automatically cancelled. So I clicked the building and clicked 'graduate' menu, then he is waving his hand, and cannot get into the building. Is it happening only in my game? Looks like a bug to me. I removed all mods but no luck.

I didn't save the game and back to the main menu, then came back to the Forxbury.
Now both of them got into the building. Looks like it happens randomly.
The 2 sims in the middle are their vampire parents.
