[ECO] Cannot fill insect farm (Yuma Heights Lot)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1 Have an empty insect farm on your lot 2 Try to fill it with any of the options
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim refuses to fill it. Gets this 'feet with cross' icon above its head. Says that he can't walk there. But it's in the middle of an empty garden. Tried it in a large room as well. A totally empty lot. But each time, Sim cannot fill it.
What do you expect to see? To be able to fill the insect farms so I can feed them and harvest them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Checked all of the existing issues, but couldn't find anything close to the problem I'm experiencing.
It's my first time posting something. I've read the rules, but I apologize if I've made a mistake somewhere.
I've seen people have been unable to harvest their insect farms, but I can't even fill mine.
My Sim keeps on saying that his way is blocked, even though it isn't. I've tried it with several families, several lots, ... All experience the same issue.
I tried to take a screenshot, but it doesn't want to show the icon my Sim is showing. It's this one (Used a Google photograph).
No difference whether I give the order when he's right next to it or upstairs in the house.
No difference which type of insect I pick either.
