Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Werewolves, Vampires, Strangerville, Spa Day, Snowy Escape, Seasons, Realm of Magic, Lovestruck, Paranormal suff, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day stuff, Jungle Adventure, Island Living, Holiday Celebration, High School Years, Growing Together, Get Together, Get to Work, Get Famous, For Rent, Discover University, Dine Out, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Street Eats Digital Content, Outdoor Playtime Digital Content, and Vibing Streamer Gear Digital Content.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime I press resume from the main menu and when I try to load up a household.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error code and a message saying the game couldn't load pops up.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to load and play properly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Error Code: 123:265067d3:ad2369e2. I have reloaded the game countless times and pressed the "repair" option through origin. The only Mod I have is MC Command Center. I updated that file as well.

    Hi @von557 

    could you post the full number you're getting ?

    Also please remove all mods/cc, delete the localthumbcache file and then trigger the error on a vanilla game.

    Please upload any lastException files you get in your doc folder. You need to create a rar file or just copy/paste the content.

    @von557 Delete that one (as it says it's modded) and test if you get a fresh one on the unmodded game.

    As soon as I press resume from the main screen that message pops up. If I try to open a household anyways, it kicks me back out to the choose a world screen and displays the same message.

    I also just tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Still received the same error message.

    Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

    If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

    @von557 Did you have any events going on at highschool ?

    I can load your lots but not the highs school one.

    EDIT:

    So I was able to load your home lot by selecting the Sim that's at home. After that I called all Sims back and next day school was fine.
