Events not showing social interactions or quality bar during Reaper Rewards

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a social event during reaper rewards quest.
What happens when the bug occurs? I started a social event from my phone and then nothing shows up in the event panel, I tried several different types of events and it was the same across all of them, the only thing that showed was how long the event had left.
What do you expect to see? Social interactions and event quality indicator.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I’m having trouble with social events.
One of the goals for the reaper rewards was to throw a silver medal party, but when I start the event there is a blank event box without anything to work towards or an bar indicating the quality of the event.
when it ended it was a bronze medal event and the reaper rewards task disappeared, so now I can’t get the points for that one 😭
UPDATE:
When I finished the last quest for Reaper Rewards, attending ghost night at the bar it seemed to have fixed itself! I was credited for the social event even though it didn’t work when I held it and I was able to claim the rest of the event rewards thankfully!
