[FEEDBACK] Mixology Sims 4 Write bar guide bug

i'm wondering if it has anything to do with logic or charisma?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's having problem here, I thought I'm the only one, what a relief

My Logic is level 4 and my Charisma is Level 10

Just so you know I've reported this in smaller bugs:

 a sim who mastered mixology branch then restarted the career cannot reach the max career level ever again.

The reason? The game doesn't recognize he wrote (now another) mixology book which is a requirement for the promotion. Sim can write many of these books, the book requirement will still say 0/1.

My sim can write every possible skill book that exists (as I maxed all skills on him and all careers too). Including the mixology guide. The game now refuses to acknowledge I've written a new guide.

This means I managed to "write bar guide" once after the game was released. It is possible that one of hotfixes messed it up.

And I didn't use any cheat in my game.

This is a known bug -- the work around for it is to force-zone the sim. Either go to another neighborhood with the sim, or just hit M for map, and it somehow seems to force the clearing of the data so that new interactions can be tallied. Initially I would go to the library or gym, but then I realized just loading the map was enough. Just hit J to see if it clears itself out. Then write the new guide.

Sure. I've leveled a little here and there since then but hopefully it won't matter.

This is the sim I fooooolishly started out the game with Renaissance Sim on ... he only has a couple aspiration rewards, no sleep, fast reader.

He finished the painter career (the agent branch), writer (journalist branch) and I think mixologist was his third career to 10. 

When I went to write the bar guide, I had writing at 10, had published many books. That's the only thing I can imagine that triggered the glitch, sitting down to write it with a 0 writing. 

*Table Flip* I'm still hoping for solution here ☹️

well if you quit mixology at any stage and retake it back you will not beable to write the book...also if you have two sims in the same house working on it only 1 will get to make the book. As far as glitches your better off saving your household and putting it in new game thats only way to reset it ive found nearly 341 different bugs that prevent career completion and this ones the worst. And yes you can have one sim complete all aspirations and careers if your not affraid to reset your game. You can also save your household to library then re add them to the old house holddeleting theoldsims that are glitch and save your game and your household. But if you do that make sure you spend all you simoleons on art or will will come back toyour house with no money. And if you dont belive me about my sim with everything completed without cheats look up izzy gayin on the community page creator alamna74 that is my proof.

I have the same problem with bar guide. Bug still not fixed.

Could I get some feedback on this
