[FIXED] All bar venues are full of children and teens

Since the 12/16 patch, I have had the problem that my bar venues are being overran with children and teens at all hours of the night. There are hardly any adult sims present. 

For example, I was playing the other day, made a new sim. I wanted to find her a possible love interest so I took her to a bar venue at 11pm sim time. There were about 6 children and 4 teens there, and 1 other young adult. 

I tried again the next night at 1am sim time, same thing. About 4 kids, 4 teens, no adults.

Next night, I went at 9pm. There were 8 children and 6 teens, 2 young adults and 1 elder.

It is kind of ridiculous at this point. I haven't been able to play too much since the patch because of the holidays, but this is happening very regularly when I do play.

I do no have any mods installed aside from a CC that gives additional eye colors. I tried playing the game without it just to be sure and I still have the same problem.
