[FIXED] [BDK] Still has effects even after I turned them off

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hire a maid. She/He will start vacuum ever if the dust system is disabled. Dust bunnies will appear eventually.
What happens when the bug occurs? Dust bunnies and all the dust effects are present in the household, even with the disabled option.
What do you expect to see? If the "Enable Dust System" is disabled, I expect it to not have any dust-related effect.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in University Housing (I'm in Drake Hall) with Dust Disabled for a few sim weeks.
What happens when the bug occurs? Dust bunnies spawn on the ground while the dust is disabled in pack settings.
What do you expect to see? No dust bunnies.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I've been playing a new save in university housing (Drake Hall) for two sim weeks and I've had a dust bunny pop up twice. I went into pack settings, as I thought maybe I forgot to turn it off for the save but it was disabled. The first time, the original bunny disappeared when I ticked and unticked the enable system within the settings. Thought it was odd, but left it alone. Now a week later, I have another bunny on the lot. My sim is also affected by the "someone lives here" moodlet from a slightly dusty floor level. There's no visible dust collecting on the floor. The bunnies appear out of no where.

Mods have never been enabled for this save.

Edit:  I'm including a save file because my sim is now permanently tense due to the surroundings. T.T

Bug is still happening, last day or so I had dust-related moodlets and today a dust bunny appeared in a house, with Bust the Dust settings turned off.

The house is in Strangerville.

Experiencing this currently with 1.88.228.1020.

Seems to have began after hiring a Scheduled Maid service. She was vacuuming despite there being nothing there + then I heard the "perfect cleaning" plink-plonk sound. Now my Sims all have the "Fine" Sparkling Clean buff, though no sparkles or actual dust is present.

When just a regular One Time Maid service came this didn't happen, but it was possibly coincidental.
