Hi, yeah the option doesn't come up at all - you put the base down, then go into live mode, go to click on it as usual, but no interaction option pops up.
Tried multiple sims, plus, worlds and save files (I'm playing on PS5 btw)
me too, and I think it has something to do with the finchwick fair egg competition. I have mccc, the error code says AttributeError: 'festivalContestSubDramaNode_VillageFair_Egg' object has no attribute 'is_on_festival_street' right beside "rocket_build". but the wierdest thing is that the mayor didn't even show up to judge and suddenly the event is over? Did MCCC story progression somehow deleted the mayor job when the mayor died perhaps?
Luckily, my space ranger sim went to college and managed to get rocket science skill points form studying alone, getting enough level for the last 2 promotions until i got the pre-built rocket.
So how do you fix this for the PS4 when you cant see the error codes?
Hi, I'm not playing Sims 4 that long but i alrdy wrote Bugreports about Sims 3 🙂
Maybe i can help you:
As i understand the Bug right, it starts with the FIRST weekly market from cottage living.
So when you make a new Character you need to build the rocket BEFORE the first weekly market starts, so you can use & upgrade it still after the first market.
Whenever i didnt build it instant i wasnt able to build the rocket at all, also aksing others to build or using cheats wasnt possible.
I tried it a couple of times and it worked out for me: Just build it kinda instant. (You can ask other sims to help and boost the placeproperties to speed it up abit)
You can also make a Park for Rockets or take one from Gallery if you dont want it at your home. (Just make sure the one from gallery is ok, the one i took had no door and it took some time until i figured out why i wasnt able to join the place ^^)

Just got this pack and there is an Event "Geekon" where rockets are spawning which you can use without any bugs
I hope this can solve some problems 🙂
And if you got questions you can just dm me ! I've met alot of bugs and mostly was able to fix it by myself (simply by gamesettings, cache etc, NO mods!)

! I'm playing on PC, not using any Mods, some Cheats might can clear bugs or you can just clear some cache files from time to time ^_° !
You would think by now the amount of packs they've launched, we would get one that didn't have so many bugs. I've found about 8 more since the rocket issue!
