How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Parenthood, couttige living, island living, seasons, city live, at work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Cant interact with the rocket ship platform to build it
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime i want to build the rocket it does not show me any options. It is with every sim and every nee saved game. Even at work you cant use it. The sim is a level 8 with the books but afther lever 8 it doesnt go up any more. They read but it doesnt show progres.
What do you expect to see? That i can build the rocket
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I buy a rocket platform to build the rocket. The sim is a level 8 rocket specialist but when i want to click on the platform it does nothing, it doesnt even show options.
What happens when the bug occurs? It is always there. No sims, i tried with more than one can build the rocket.
What do you expect to see? Any sim should be able to build the rocket as its supose to do

Im also having this issue on my Xbox series X. It is with all 3 rocket types. No mods and not a save issue as have tried on multiple saves
