Fixed an issue where Sims were not able to Care for Self after they had been in daycare when they were a Toddler.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It randomly occur. My other sims work fine, there is just the one that´s bugged.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I travel to another lot with a different sim, there is no actions like "care for self" or so for this one sim at home. I have tried clearing caches and resetting the sim but nothing works.
What do you expect to see? At home actions like being able to care for self and such.
