I have the same issue. I have tried everything for days and it won't stay away. Sometimes it looks like it is fixed but it keeps coming back. Is this something EA is gonna patch or is the jewelry pack just unplayable?
I know I used https://jamesturner.yt/disablepacks to disable my Crystal Creations pack. Since doing that, making it so Crystal Creations is no longer a function on my game system, I have no longer received the LE and it seems safe enough to play without Crystal Creations as I haven't had a single issue since taking Crystal Creations out and all of my LEs are based from mods that needs to be updated.
Obviously, if you want to keep the pack in play, I don't think it is safe at this point. There have been a few comments concerning the possibility of it corrupting your game file(s), so if you want to use Crystal Creations, play at your own risk. However, if you want to disable Crystal Creations to just not deal with the LE and the risks, I'd recommend the link I posted to disable the pack.
And this is me shouting into the void that is EA, but this needs to be said: I honestly am getting so frustrated that EA has done quite a few patches and the most recent E-patch, but none of the patches even are mentioning this LE that holds the risk of corrupting Simmers game files. I've been holding out hope that they'll announce a patch that fixes this LE issue and bug, but I'm losing said hope by the week. I know I cannot be the only one.
All the other patches they've done have had their own worth, but Sims Team, this LE is still going on over a month later and with the possibility of Simmers losing their game files no less. Which, for some who might be doing Legacy Challenges or other long-term challenges, can really ruin their day if that game file(s) gets corrupted and basically destroyed. We don't need E-patches for the weekly rewards no one asked for, we need patches for at least bugs that are arguably dangerous to our games.
I am having this issue as well. Very disappointed seeing EA completely disregard this bug. I bought this pack with my own money and I can’t even use it due to it corrupting my save.
Does anyone know if this issue only effects the jewellery out of this pack or does it also effect the Gemstones? I would try to check for myself but I can't use mods.
If you mean does it affect jewelery from mods or other packs, I don't have CC jewelery (mods or otherwise) and I don't use jewelery most of the time save a necklace on my Sim from basegame on occasions. Despite this, I was still getting the LE. And I only started getting the LE after putting a crafted jewelery on my Sims and then go in and out of CAS Gallery to change their formal wear and other outfits. Admittedly, the jewelery was charged at the time, so that might’ve affected it, I don't know. I've disabled Crystal Creations for some time now so I can play my Legacy challenge without fear of destroying my file.
However, from my experience, the LE and bug appears when using any crafted jewelery. I wouldn't be surprised with it being the tracker, though, it might take more precedence when using crafted jewelery with gemstones in them.
Take that as you will. All I know is when I took Crystal Creations out of the equation, the LE has stopped appearing and my game is running as it should be (ignoring the bugs from the previous released packs that haven't been touched yet but don't affect me much)

I just had this kind a bug, the only thing I have no crystal grid. my sim just made a ring and I made it so she wears it in all of her outfits(it is not charged). And when I went to manage world screen I got a last exception.
