What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, all game packs, all stuff packs, all kits (except Urban Homage, Incheon Arrivals, Carnaval Streetwear, Modern Menswear, and Moonlight Chic)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? LastException file generates as soon as the game loads, referencing jewelry_tracker.py
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim created a necklace and ring, charged them on the crystal charging grid, and wore them. Eventually, the necklace and ring were removed and sold in the sim's inventory. Despite neither wearing now owning the jewelry anymore, a LastException error for jewelry_tracker.py is generated every time I load my current game.
What do you expect to see? The game to load without generating a LastException error
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Error appeared after installing the Crystal Creations pack for the first time and using its features

- karoschmitz4 months agoSeasoned Veteran@mueller_lite Oh I never tried that! Interesting that it recognises it then as not being faulty anymore. Do you want to try something? What if you choose on this specific jewelry to "wear on all outfits" and then to "remove from all outfits" And then once it is removed, to sell the jewelry. Would the LE after that still appear? This might be a way to "fix" it, but I haven't tried this myself yet, just got the idea because you said the jewelry_tracker didn't complain anymore if you created the exact same type and wore it.. Let me know if you try it!

@mueller_lite This was a great tip. In an alternate universe save I tried it as well but couldn't remember exactly what designs/metals I used, just the crystals. I charged them and had my sim wear all three at once - no LE. Then I removed each piece one by one, saving and exiting and deleting the localthumbcache file in between each removal and the LE never came back. One thing I never did was sold the pieces, I just kept them unworn in the inventory.
For giggles, in yet another alternate universe save, I made a piece I KNEW I never had my sim make or wear. Didn't even charge it, just had him wear it. Save and exit and no LE on reloading the game. Had him remove the jewelry, save and exit and still no LE. I've either gotten extremely lucky, or whatever code artifact that was stuck to my sim has been cleared or overwritten by wearing a new piece of crafted jewelry. My sim now has a random piece of cheap jewelry that he'll never sell. Success for me! Thank you for the tip.
