Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to wear any handmade charged (or not) jewelry on sim, reload save file and wait until the charge expire
What happens when the bug occurs? Jewelry is not visible on characters until save reload, eternal charge benefits after expiring
What do you expect to see? Fixed jewelry visibility and normal charge
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Eternal charge is most overpowered thing that happened. I tested, this bug saves after the game restarts.
