Sims will no longer be stuck on client's lots after completing a home decorator gig.

I am having the same issue. My sim will finish the job and do not get a pop up and the only way i can get them to go home is by using the phone to travel there. I tested if i could have her stay in the lot until the gig was done, and by night time i got a pop up that i had earned 0 simoleons, even though the clients loved the job, and got sent home automatically. I really hope this gets fixed soon

My decorator isn't even getting paid for their work.

Job ends weirdly. The reveal bit never ticks off even though it gets done and client gets to the ready to talk stage. Once you do that job just vanishes, and you get no query to stay or leave.
After a good 10-20 minutes real time the job kicks you off the lot and decorator "earns 0" $ or whatever the units are supposed to be.

It’s still going on I’m having the same problem even 3 sim days later it won’t end the gig. My client is absolutely fed up with my sim because he is making himself way to comfortable. Eating showering sleeping etc
After the last update, my gig don't conclude. I've had try with a new save, new sim, no mod and: cannot finish the gig ... I've got the Before/After, my sims is payed and then no decorator interaction possible. My Gig show everything checked but no ending. I just can cancel the gig. I'm sad. I love the decorator dlc and I'm fed up having this problem emerging at every new update.

It’s 2023 and I just got the pack, disappointed to come across these bugs. However, after a lot of research and trial/error, I was able to fix the problem of not being able to get to the client’s house and not being able to end the gig/get money/performance/reputation etc. (fyi I play on a pc and have lots of mods installed). Here’s what I did:
At first, I wasn’t even able to go to the client’s house, I get stuck at loading screen, unless I choose for my sim to go alone. I tried a bunch of things, but can’t remember the order I did them in, they include:
-Restarting my computer
-In the case of Steam, verifying the integrity of the game files (right click on the game in library and click properties. Then click on installed files). In the case of origin or EA, I believe you can do the same by right clicking on the game and choosing to repair the application
-Restarting my computer after repairing the files (did this a few times)
-Removing any script mods from my mods folder (mods that come with a script file type)
-Choosing another household to play with for a few minutes (from a house close to my original sim’s house). Then I clicked on the original sim’s house and moved my original sim in from the gallery again. I did this to resolve the problem where I couldn’t get my sim to travel to the client’s house - so basically I restarted my sim
I think it was after these steps that I was able to get to the client’s house, but I still wasn’t able to end the gig or get any money/reputation/performance after 9:00 pm. I had to quit my first gig to be able to go back home.
I moved my mods back to my mods folder just to see what happens and started the game again. I was able to get to the client’s house, end the gig, and even got promoted. However, I still couldn’t go back home, I had to manually do so. I have only done two gigs so far, and that’s how it all went. Not sure if this fixes the problem for the next gigs or not, but I am just glad I was able to get through these bugs. Let me know if that solves the problem for you too!
