Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ask to go on date or create date at a restaurant lot. Request a table.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim request table. Host/Hostess Sim acts as if booking a table. Does not escort party to table. Sims cannot order for table at any table.
What do you expect to see? Host/Hostess Sim takes party to table. Dating Sims able to order food/drink for table. Dating Sims able to do restaurant interactions at restaurant.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch preparing for first week of Reaper's Rewards.
Since the Reaper's Rewards thing started, my sims are unable to successfully go on a date or create a date to go to a restaurant lot. The dating sims arrive at the restaurant location, and are up to dress code, but when the sims go up to be seated, the host/hostess sims just do their animation as if finding a table, and then just stand there. The dating sims are not escorted to any table, and even requesting a specific table has the same results. Orders can't be made at all. Sims will only be seated when the date event is over. Even attempting to get the sims seated and ordered before initiating the date event doesn't work. The sims will get up and cannot order for the table, and any orders made before will be canceled.
This only occurs for restaurant lots. Going to a bar or other lot that serves food and drinks and ordering works fine. This is isolated to restaurant lots only.
