Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have searched numerous forums, submitted an email, and also tried to chat with 'Ask EA Help' with the Beta chat button.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim will go on a date to a restaurant and they 'Request a table' but the host never seats them. They will seat other sims. The host will either shake his/her head no when my sim requests a seat or the host will shake his/her head yes but never seats my sims. The option 'Request a table' then falls off the 'items to do' I made my sim do.
What do you expect to see? My sims should be able to 'Request a table', be seated, order meal, pay for meal, and leave.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Some of the restaurants I made, and the others came with the game and the result is the same. The host won't seat my sims. I've made sure to have the latest update on the ea app and windows for my pc. This has been very frustrating because I haven't been able to speak with a live person and I've been dealing with this for weeks. It still hasn't been resolved. Can someone please help me?
