How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I don't know the number, The last patch June 3rd
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Moschino; bowling and Vintage stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on every house, is not possible to play.
What happens when the bug occurs? Click the house, Loading screen, then error code , (it goes back on the screen with the cities).
What do you expect to see? I expect to play with my family in the house. But I can't go in the house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

today I downloaded the latest The Sims 4 patch , when I click on a house, the game won't load. It goes back on the main menu (where I can click on the cities).
This is the error code: 102:1c9cf40:6d0c017
If I restart the game nothing changes... still not working. I can't play with my sims.
If I click on an empty house the error code changes: 122:1c9cf40:ca7c0a30.
I have no mods or CC in my game.I play on the PC, windows 10.
This is happening in my only save from years of playing The Sims 4.
What can I do?

Fixed an issue in which Error code 122:1c9cf40 would appear and loaded the Manage World screen and prompted Simmers to restart the game.Fixed in Patch 1.63.134
