    Property Ownership of "Tam Nang Sands" lot will be recognized in the owned rental tab.

    Fixed in Patch 1.107.112/1.92

    I do hope this fixes the issue for everyone in this thread, especially those that had it on other businesses too.

    If you still have issues, please create a new thread describing exactly which lot you have the issue on and which businesses.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? [VGSP][TFK ][S][RGSP][PH][LDSP][GTW][FR][DHD][CKSP]
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Own a rental unit that is not on the same lot as the sim that you're playing. Mine is in the same world 2. My rental units are all occupied; have your sim travel to the rental lot (any unit). 3. This rental lot will disappear from the owned business tab.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rental lot disappears from my 'Owned Business' tab, and I have to repurchase the rental unit. I do not get the funds back when the rental lot disappears.
What do you expect to see? The rental lot should remain as an owned business.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It seemed to have appeared around the new years. I've been playing the new For Rent expansion pack since it was released and the bug was not there when it was first released.

I have tried these things to figure out what is going on with the bug but none have resolved the issue:

1. Demolishing the lot and then building a saved copy of the original lot on it.

2. Selling the lot and repurchasing it; interestingly this worked only on the first visit, but any other visits resulted in the lot disappearing from my owned business tab.

3. At this point it feels silly but I should mention that repurchasing the rental lot does not solve the problem long term. If I do not repurchase the rental lot, it never comes back to my 'Owned Business' tab.

    I was having all kinds оf trouble after the last update, my owned properties were not showing as if I owned any, I tried to reclaim them and tried to sell and rebuy them with no luck, starting a new game did work but i was getting errors from my mod folder.  Finally I tried to remove the game pack from the installation folder, there is a folder with EP15 – that is the pack for the rentals.  I moved ¡t out to the desktop then started the game, ¡t will say there is a pack missing and ¡t will remove items from that pack, now the game shows my rentals as residential lots, I saved the game with the missing pack then closed ¡t and added the folder I recently moved to the desktop back to the installation folder where ¡t was then restarted the game, all the lots were still residential but all my mod folder errors were gone and I can change the lots back to rentals. That is what worked for me hope ¡t can help sоmе оf you.
