Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I decided to build and run my new moroccan styled restaurant and when my rich enough sim visited newly purchaced venture
What happens when the bug occurs? It says in the corresponding tab that he still does not have any owned lots of this type, the same with retail lots
What do you expect to see? My sim can run the restaurant or retail business that he purchased, the game should be able to detect that he owns this lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
it says in the corresponding tab that he still does not have and owned lot of this type, the same with retail lots
He even can buy the same lot over and over again because he still does not own it technically just visually
he is able to buy ventures owned by other households as well, he spends money but game cannot see that he owns it
I tried other ventures and other sims the same, then I started new blank save with newly Sims4 folder generated and put back my savefile only - the same!!
I have found my old save from 6Th Dec when I have just installed for Rent (no any rental lots owned) and with full mods folder that I have the functions were working perfectly my sim was able to buy and run the restaurant
So if For Rent added new type of venture in that tab it's possible that it has broken the functions of other types
