the owned businesses panel does not show sims owned shops or rental properties.

I have played many times PS4 and its not working.  Panel only show ” you dont own any store but yes my Sim have a clothing store ort rental propertie.

all updates up to date and restarted many times and different days but own companies are not shown.

the problem started when I downloaded the new rental properties package. Worked like first day and now never shown those owned stores/rentals

Everytime i buy a rental lot it teleports me to the lot so i can edit the rental stuff. And it shows me all the other rental lots I own.  but when I leave and go back home it says "sims doesn't own any rental lots" My sim own like 4 and all of them disappear when she returns home. And when I visit the lot it doesn't allow me to do anything that the owner should be able to do. And also when I add tenants their family never shows up. I play on Playstation so I don't if thats part of the problem l. But please help 🙏 😢

It's been months, but my game is still broken. None of my purchased rentals will show up in my owned property panel. I've tried purchasing retail, restaurants, and vet clinics. NONE of them show in my sims panel. But the loading screen says I own them. idk what to do. I've tried various tips and starting new save files. Nothing is working. I was hoping the last update would fix this. 

@caruskat   Hi!  I'm so sorry you're having trouble with this.  Do you have any mods/CC in your game?  If so, have you tried playing without them?  You should also delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder and run a game repair before opening  your game to test.  Just don't save the game without mods/CC when testing.  You might want to create a new save for testing without mods/CC so that your current save is unaffected while you test.

This is happening to me, however I tried the "fix" where you go into build mode and then live mode and it shows the rental property my sim owns, but I am still getting LE's regardless of the fix.

This just happened to me, I noticed it happened after I tried to evict a tenant in my residential rental, once I left the lot I suddenly lost ownership of all my rentals. Thankfully I was able to revert back to an older save with everything intact.

This game is so broken It's absolutely comical at this point.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? own a store and see it shows you don't own it but still can check people up and earn money
What happens when the bug occurs? every time i try to run my bakery everything will be fine then all of a sudden, the business box says I don't own it. But I can still check the sims out and stock the shelves.
What do you expect to see? for it to run correctly
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
