How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Tiny Living, Realm of Magic, Get Together, My first pet stuff, get to work, get famous, for rent, discover university, cottage living, city living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase a lot to rent out with the for rent expansion and fill vacancy.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs, I can only set the rent to a very low number.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to set rent to a higher number for the lot rating and size.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am having an issue where the rent cap is at 2 simoleons. It’s a medium sized apartment with desirable amenities, decent environment and satisfactory maintenance. My sim was living in the apartment (1 of 3) in the building she owned. I moved her out and planned to rent out the apartment but it has a 2$ per day cap. 

many recommendations to fix it?
