Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you go to fill a vacancy of a rental property, the rent amount cannot be changed. The cursor just hovers over the price, with the description of how rent amounts work.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can’t rent out a property rental.
What do you expect to see? When I go to change the rent amount, an editable box where I can change the number.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This feature stopped working after the update that happened on February 29th 2024.

Why is this bug still not fixed, all my rental units are empty, i have 3 new ones i built im renting for free because rent amount is stuck at zero. The cursor is stuck to the left of the rent box the game is now unplayable. This issue should be a priority fix.
When is this issue getting fixed? I can not change the rent amount either. I play on Xbox.

I'm having this problem also it's really frustrating being stuck on low rent when I have 5 star apartments that should be rented out of thousands not £105. I'm a PS4 player. I really hope it gets fixed soon.
I am having the same issue on the PS5. Can't adjust my rental amount in the management screen. Also can only change lease length on the first time into the management screen. If I exit out of this screen and go back into it I can no longer select lease length.
As of today March 21,2024 I still can not get this to work. My rent is stuck at $1 per day
Same issue for me. I can update the rental duration but can’t update the rent amount. There isn’t anything to click for the amount, as if the amount is view only. This was tried several times during a rental vacancy and during the period you can justly evict. I’m on console, so no mods or cc.

I am also having this issue since the last pack drop. I don’t have any mods because I play on Xbox but suddenly I can’t change the rent or anything. Frustrating.
Same here… the rental pack is useless without changing rent….

I have an Xbox One and i cant change it all. Just hovers over!! I really hope they fix this..
