Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I open the game, the icons for many items in the panel show incorrectly. I do not have to do anything for this to happen. After a couple minutes of play, I try to click the personality panel while in game play. This then causes the game to glitch more.
What happens when the bug occurs? Without me doing anything, the icons on the bottom panel in gameplay show the incorrect icons (i.e. the phone icon says "phone" but shows the calendar image. After trying to open the personality panel, the image of the panel is black/white and does not say anything. After this, I am unable to click on anything or even close the tab. I also have not been able to use "control +command+C" to get cheat box to appear.
What do you expect to see? Incorrect icons, unable to use cheat box, unable to save and close game, unable to get Sims to complete tasks

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I removed my mods folder from the Sims 4 folder on my computer. The issues still occurred.
The bugs began occurring right after I installed the new update.
