[FIXED] Game crashing/visual issues on character values UI menu

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.95.3.3410
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Cottage Living, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Werewolves, Romantic Garden, Kids Room, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Toddler, Laundry Day, Tiny Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I opened the game, went into my main household, and tried to view the Simology panel.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing on the UI works besides the Needs and Phone panel.
What do you expect to see? All the panels showing up correctly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated the game after receiving a notification that there was a new update, since for some reason the character traits was flashing and incorrectly showing values. I had already update twice today.

Really wish that every update wouldn't break the game. I already had issues prior to the second update where the simology panel was flashing and not showing values correctly. I also had an issue with my adult sims ignoring everything to do with toddlers and infants. Not sure if this is fixable on my side considering that this started right after the second update today T-T
Big update: I just tried to enter CAS with the same family and now the screen is completely black besides the right corner icons and the bottom UI. Also, the game is now speeding through the day and playing music really fast?? Guys did we not do any quality assurance tests??

  @theangrybicycle Same, I even tried a fresh save after repairing the game. Screen goes black and the game is unplayable. This is maddening!

  I’ve been having this issue all day. I can access the UI a few times then after a while it stops responding and I have to quit my game via task manager. After the update I didn’t have issues then they started slowly trickling in. The character values are flashing left to right for my teen. All of the family members at one point when I clicked on them had the same aspiration in the UI panel not the ones assigned in CAS. When I access the inventory the UI freezes and becomes unresponsive. I’ve repaired my game. I’ve taken mods out. I’ve disabled mods and cc.

  Happened to me too, though I crashed my game or smth. I can't even open the notifications or the three dots so I have to restart my computer to exit the game

    If so many people who preordered the release are unable to play it on launch day, I think it's only fair that EA should redeem some of their money and/or offer a discount on the pack for a short period of time. But will they? 😉

Just to add in my save the Adult sims aren't impacted, only the teens (don't have any other life stages in my family). On the forum another simmer mentioned their child Sim is impacted. Considering the character values are "life skill" instead of usual trait name I wonder if toddlers are also impacted

  I am having the same issue. It only shows the character values for kids and teens in the simology panel. No traits or anything else
  I’m on Xbox series S. Definitely not a mod issue since I can’t use them

  In my game my adult sims are impacted as well.

  Same issue with my teen, and he's the only household member so I can't check others. As well as not being able to check university acceptance, enroll, or travel without the screen going black and UI not working at that point so I can't get out without a force close.

After Updating the game I can't click career, skills, or inventory. If I go into build mode I can't do anything and I have to force my computer off.
