[FIXED] Game Failed to Load - Error Code 123:

Been having this Error Code 123 issue since the last update.  Started with my current save file when traveling to the Starlight Accolades which corrupted the save file.  Reverted to a prior save before the update.  Played it for a day, successfully sending my Sims to a few events before getting Error code 123.  Each code is different but always starts with 123.  I did all that was recommended (removed mods and CC, repaired game, etc..)  Started a new game with mods and CC and successfully played it for a couple of hours before getting the error.  Started a new game with no mods or CC, played it for a few hours before the issue popped up.  This time it was for a Celebrity Meet and Greet.  MCCC Last Exception and Better Exceptions point to venue_service.psy.

My temporary solution to make the game playable ... create a new save file just before heading to an event.  If I can load in, I continue playing.  If I can't, I exit without saving, pull up the newly create save and skip the event.  Rinse and repeat.  

No point in submitting a  screenshot as it is similar to everyone else's, all start with 123 but the letters and numbers following are all different.

@NickJonasnTheAD I took your cue, and I also rolled back to a previous save from right before the patch/error code/glitches, and I was FINALLY able to load my family (who was stuck on a community lot in Tartosa in newer saves). I have a habit of making a backup of my save folder before any patches or updates. So I am in agreement that any saves created during the initial, glitchy patch are corrupted. 

I also created a new vanilla save today to test things out, and I am able to go to community lots on that new save as well with no issues. My corrupted saves are from the afternoon of 7/23/24 and any subsequent saves on that save file are also corrupted. My saves from the morning of 7/23/24 and earlier are unaffected (so far).

I honestly think this bug is tied to a previous bug that was listed on the forums last year, involving the Welcome Wagon, as the 123 error code and zone spin up issue was also cited in the LE for that as well. This time, I believe the issue is bigger than the Welcome Wagon event bug because it seems to involve ALL situations: Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Discover University Rival Situations, Get Famous Celebrity Situations, Thrift Tea Event Situations, etc. I seriously suspect that the Lovestruck dating mechanism, which relies on various lots and situations to simulate the different dating scenarios, broke ALL zone spin up situations on various types of lots throughout the game.

The households that I couldn't load were either on a community lot like a bar or were at their home lot which also had NPCs working as baristas and bartenders at their home businesses (using LMS Auto Employees). I couldn't access restaurants either.
