What is your current game version number? Not sure how to find it, but I have the update after the horse pack came out (don't have the horse pack)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play an infant, get several milestones, change to another family within the save, invite the infant over for parties, go back to infant and all milestones are gone except being born and first smile
What happens when the bug occurs? infant loses all milestones except being born and first smile
What do you expect to see? Infant kept milestones when rotated back to her family in rotational play. Said not sur about any specific patch. I did the update after the horse pack launched (just the general update, I didn't buy the horse pack)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I was playing one household and had an infant with over half of milestones. Changes to another household (relatives of infant) and played that family for a while. Invited the infant and her family members for traveling and parties (wedding, baby shower, dinner party, family reunion). I noticed when the infant was at the relative's house her skills seemed low, but didn't think much of it and thought maybe it was just because she was at a different house. Now within the same save, I changed back to the infant's household, but she lost all her milestones except being born and first smile. She could eat baby food and finger food in the high chair, but cannot anymore and gets the sad moodlet about being tired of milk. She had unlocked the fun bar, but it is a weird half gray/green combo. Aging was set to active household only. No mods in my game. I tried repairing the game and reloading, but didn't fix it.
