Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Age up a child into a teenager, edit the teenager in CAS then load back into Live Mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Teen sim doesn't look like they did in CAS, the sim first appeared all glitchy with outfits and hair I didn't choose for the sim as well as the skin details missing, then when I went back into CAS the sim had the lightest skin tone. Then I closed the game without saving to see if I could rest the sim or if the auto-save had saved the sim as they were meant to be, but when I loaded the game back up, the sim had the same outfits and hair, that I didn't choose, and was still missing their skin details but had the darkest skin tone. Which both skin tones the sim shouldn't have.
What do you expect to see? My sim how I had edited them in CAS.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The sim is a third gen sim, not sure if the fact that they are a legacy sim has anything to do with it but all information is helpful I guess.
