Sims that gain an extra trait can now be edited in Create-a-Sim.

I am having similar issues, though only with traits, not names.

How often does the bug occur? Started happening tonight after updating
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but three of the EPs (High School Years, Growing Together, Horse Ranch); All but 3 GPs (Werewolves, My Wedding Stories, Batuu); All SP except Home Chef Hustle and a few of the Kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Delete all the original townies and let the game generate new ones. Get to know the new sims and discover some have 3 main traits with a +1 underneath their profile and 4 traits visible in the relationship box; or go through every sim in manage households and look for the ones with additional traits.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't have Growing Together, but some of the new townies end up having a 4th trait in a small Additional Traits slot. I end up deleting the sims with the glitch (and I deleted the save file where the glitch first occurred) because I saw the glitch could be damaging while googling.
What do you expect to see? All sims should just have 3 traits and the game should realize I don't own the pack where multiple traits are a thing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I don't use mods or cc
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? It started after the most recent base game update to prepare for Home Chef
Also, while going through CAS, some teens end up only having 1 trait so I delete them along with the sims with 4.
Attached are pictures of the first two sims I noticed with the 4 traits. One was father number 1 of my 100 baby attempt and the second picture was his brother. Their two sisters did not have the additional trait. They were generated townies the game made and from the save file I deleted (so I only managed to have 1 baby before encountering a glitch). I started going through manage households in the new save file and noticed the issue happening with teens. Not every family had one or both of the glitches.
