    You can now sell gardening produce and flowers at retail again.

     Fixed in Patch 1.44.77

 @crinrict This actually suddenly started working for me yesterday! Yay!! However like you say the lice freezer is still broken though. Thanks for your reply

Yup. Lice Cold freezer has it's own thread(s) if you want to add your voice there.
