    No more goofing off on the job - Doctors no longer T-pose while performing surgery.

    Fixed in Patch 1.91.186/1.63

I'm seeing the exact same animation issue. It happens when the Sim I'm playing goes into the surgery machine to have a baby, and now I'm seeing it very often playing my Sim that has the doctor career for Get to Work. It happens every single time the surgery machine is used.

Yeah, me too, whenever one of my Sims has a baby she reverses position and then shoots into and through the doctor for a second, and then is back in position for the delivery.
