No more goofing off on the job - Doctors no longer T-pose while performing surgery.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you can try in your game
What happens when the bug occurs? missing animation so my sim do something crazy
What do you expect to see? when you try do surgery or get surgery the sim going to be upside down and there isnt any animaton when you try invent something the sim only do some hand animations but invention constructor do nothing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
