    Ranch Hands now stay hired until you dismiss them.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

Same here.

I have to go and manually re-hire them every single day, and I genuinely don't even know if they finish the day because sometimes there's a whole lot of work left by the end of the day.
