    Ranch Hands now stay hired until you dismiss them.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

I think this bug is happening on every platform. I'm on Xbox Series S and I can't keep a ranch hand to save my life. Anytime I move lots and sometimes when I have to exit the game, it automatically fires them and I have to rehire them. It's a bit annoying because my gardener and maid (before horse ranch) never did this.
