What happens when the bug occurs? Two of my kids have a permanent fear of the dark moodlet, even though they are outside during the day in the sun the moodlet still appears. The fear was already cured, first through achieving "confident" status outside in the dark, then through the potion. The fear itself is gone from their personality trait, but the moodlet still appears constantly whenever they go outside, regardless of whether or not it is day. It's like they got some anxiety disorder and hate being outside
What do you expect to see? I expect that when the fear is cured, the fear moodlet stop appearing. I expect my children to be allowed to go outside without getting scared of the dark, particularly when it is daytime and sunny outside.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After the last two patches, the first big bad one and then the emergency repair patch
There isn't more to say. The "scared of the dark" moodlet should not be a permanent issue for my kids, who are now teenagers and long since had their fear cured.
