    Set your boundaries! There should be fewer invitations to become BFF with other Sims.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

I have the exact same issue on Xbox-- without any mods ever installed.  And this occurred after installing high school years. It's non-stop.  

They will walk into homes of other sims you are visiting, or walk in to your vacation home.  They'll walk in and ask while you're asleep.  

It does the same romantically.  They'll ask to take things to the next level and become boyfriend/girlfriend.
