Once learned, the WooHoo Interests of other Sims will once again be displayed accurately in that Sims’ Profile Panel.

Fixed in Patch 1.105.345/1.89

I have a couple of sims who have selected their woohoo and romantic preferences for each other, yet when I look at this information in their relationship bar it says that they have learnt that each other have the woohoo preference of no one. So they are married but cannot woohoo with each other even though they have done it in the past.
