    Adding clean clothes to a pile of dirty clothes will no longer prevent the Sims from washing the clothing. And adding dirty clothes to a pile of clean clothes will no longer prevent the Sims from washing the clothing.

    New Patch, new luck.


    Hopefully it's the correct patch note this time

    Fixed in Patch 1.42.30

Hi, I do not even have this option in the game because my sims will not make laundry at all. I do not know what to do?!

    I do not have the option on the pictures where it says "do laundry" and my sims have never made any laundry or had any dirty clothes piles on the floor

      Any mods in your game ? If so, please remove.

      aliviajean17 just checking, do you have a laundry hamper (from the laundry day stuff pack), washing machine, dryer, clothes line or laundry tub on the lot? without at least one of those your sims will not generate laundry

        Just had this problem in my game tonight - thought it might've been caused by Game update from today. Sim couldn't click on washer - was greyed out, wash tub couldn't be used either, then i put away clothes after drying them and they ended up in hamper. I also seem to have sims trying to throw away the laundry?? Its so weird, was working fine recently. No mods/CC in game apart from MCCC. Last exception was generated too, i think.
