Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open Cupid's corner and look at the matches
What happens when the bug occurs? The game only generates random townies or uses unplayed households and does not populate from the gallery/liked households at all
What do you expect to see? Matches from the gallery and unplayed households
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Please check your in-game pack settings for Lovestruck and verify that you have Enable Gallery Sims in Cupid's Corner turned on there. 

I have Gallery Sims in my selection. Maybe it depends on the current Gallery traffic.

Also no sims from the gallery on Cupids corner. No Mods in my game, and yes, the options in the pack setting are ticked.

I'm experiencing the same issue!

I first thought it is because of a mod, as I added one that changes the cooldown to 0, but I removed the mod and cleared localthumbcache, and I'm still getting no gallery sims suggested.

What I tried:

1. I switched all mods off, again cleared cache, started a fresh save, and still no gallery sims.
2. I disabled and re-enabled the setting for gallery sims in the game settings, still nothing.
3. I tried variations of filtering for different age groups, having a custom photo, I also accessed the gallery just before to double-check my gallery is online correctly (and it is), I'm also playing in online mode.
4. I have a lot of Sims in my personal gallery, not sure if there is any limitation maybe? I actually deleted some, to test if it is that, but no change.
5. I tried it with the setting to filter down only on favourited gallery sims once disabled and once enabled, both still didnt show me gallery Sims.
6. I tried a game repair - no change.

On the first day when the Pack came out I did see 1 gallery Sim each for 2 different Sims in the same household, so I know it worked at some point. I even favourited them and added them to contacts, and both got added to my personal gallery and the manage household screen. I had a date with one of them once.

After that I never saw a gallery sim suggested anymore, and I tried multiple households on a legacy save and on a fresh save, without mods.

I also went back to the save file where i just started playing with the new patch, the one that previously showed me a gallery Sim in the results, but it is not showing there anymore either.

I'm on a Mac currently with my game (in case this makes a difference).

Since the last update, Corner of Cupidon does not propose sims from Gallery anymore, although the option is activated.

I have no mods and no cc.

I’m having this too, my last 2 refreshes of Cupid’s Corner haven’t included any gallery sims (which is my favourite part!)

Tried everything you did and still no sims from the gallery..it even seems like Cupid's corner is not even trying to search for gallery sims, in my game it won't load longer that 1/2 second, like if the option wasn't checked (of course it is).

I'm on windows 11 btw

Thank you all so much for reporting back! I was feeling really confused.

Now I'm wondering if they deliberately deactivated the feature because of the bugs...

@Aeimr_exe I also noticed that the fetching time was way faster than what I observed in let's plays, that successfully fetched gallery Sims.
