Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into the La Suite del Flechazo penthouse and admire the study room.
What happens when the bug occurs? Theres no door
What do you expect to see? Sim literally can't access this room in a prebuilt lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.I doubt that it's added to existing saves so you would need to do that yourself. It should be there in new ones.
