[FIXED] Neighborhood Stories: Pregnancy settings are getting ignored

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for Neighborhood Stories phone calls about trying for a baby. Keep checking the Neighborhood Stories notifications.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims become pregnant who should not be able to become pregnant according to settings, including: sims with "cannot become pregnant" set in the custom gender options, and sims who can become pregnant but are in a relationship only with a sim who cannot make others pregnant.
What do you expect to see? Game checks whether a sim can become pregnant, and whether any of their romantic partners are capable of making them pregnant, before allowing them to become pregnant via Neighborhood Stories features.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

A previous bug in the Eco Lifestyle phone call about trying for baby causing male sims to become pregnant, which seems to be the basis for the Stage 1 Neighborhood Stories phone call, was fixed:

The Have a Baby Neighborhood Story will no longer cause pregnancies for Sims that are listed as unable to become pregnant in their Gender Settings.

Fixed in Patch 1.99.264/1.78

Think same gender pregnancy have also been mentioned somewhere already. Can't find the thread atm.

What happens when the bug occurs? The Girlfriend of my female Young Adult Sim, got pregnant (allegedly from my female Sim, who can't get other women pregnant) while I did not played the household.
What do you expect to see? Sims which are not capable of making other Sims pregnant shouldn't do so.

When my female Adult Sim invited her Girlfriend, the girlfriend was pregnant, allegedly by my female Sim. My Sim is not capable of getting other Sims pregnant. This option is turned off. Also there was no call, if she and her girlfriend should have a Baby, while I was playing another household.

Actually a simillar kind of Bug occured with the father of my Sim Girl. Her Father is Morgyn Amber, who ins not capable of getting other Sims pregnant. But when I played another household, there was a call, where his Wife asked, if they should have a Baby. Now they have 4 natural Children. Three of them resemble Morgyn.

Edit: Now they have two children without my Doing...

With Morgyn Ember it was the "Try for Baby" Call, but with his daughter and her Girlfriend there was nothing. The Girlfriend was just suddenly pregnant, after I played another Household. The two women don't even live together.
And for my played Households, the neighborhood Stories are disabled... The Girlfriend lieves in a Household, which isn't played by me, so her Neighborhood Storys are enabled. But she shouldn't get pregnant by a Sim of my played Households, espacialy if this Sim is not capeble of getting other Sims pregnant.

Could you check the neighborhood stories to see if one of them accounts for the pregnancy ?

It was this one. Muine is my Sim and Yuna Ishikawa was pregant... And Muine does not live in Willow Creek. Only Yuna lives there with her Mother and Brother.

This is the third family that I am playing with the lesbian sims getting pregnant and having babies. I play multiple families in my game and I have noticed that when I am playing a family my lesbian sims in the other families have babies. Some of the couples don't even live together! They were just dating and when I went back, her girlfriend had 3 of her kids and was pregnant with their fourth. And now I have another lesbian sims pregnant with her fiancé's baby and once again they don't even live together and I was playing another family for less than 2 sims days and this happened!!!
Can someone please tell me how this is possible and how to abort the baby?
And can someone please fix this??

From what you describe, it sounds like you have neighborhood stories on. So, my suggestion is turn it off for played sims that you keep in the My Households tab in Manage Households. You can turn the Stories off for all households in that tab or turn them off individually. You can also turn off just the adopt and have babies part of the Stories for all your sims too.
If you are keeping your households in the Other tab of Manage Households rather than in the My Households tab, you'll need to do it there as well.
Personally, I keep all my played sims in My Households and keep the Stories off for them so things don't change when I'm not playing them. I only keep NPCs in the Other tab and really don't care what happens with them but if you have a sim with a romantic relationship with an NPC, the game can get the NPC pregnant by that sim even though they are not in the same household. To avoid unwanted NPC babies, I just turn off the Adopt and Have a Baby actions there too.
But, you can still get sims pregnant via the Eco Lifestyle phone calls. So, you need to remember to say no to those Should I have a Baby calls.
